3. That your Select Committee prepare summaries of the panel discussion
programs referred to in paragraph (2) and distribute same widely throughout the Virgin
Islands.

 4. That your Select Committee prepare for publication in local newspapers
on a monthly basis (or as often as may be deemed appropriate) articles on status and
federal relations issues that speak to questions that may be raised by interested
residents.

 5. That your Select Committee take such further steps as may be deemed
appropriate to assist the people of the Virgin Islands in understanding the issues to be
decided in the proposed referendum-election on status and federal relations options.
