Commission in each succeeding fiscal year in which the Commission is operating
pursuant to this act.

 (b) Act No. 4360 (Bill No. 13-0363), enacted October 8, 1979, as amended, is
further amended by reducing the line item entitled "For salaries and all other expenses
of the Territorial Court, St. Croix and St. Thomas-St. John Division $4,253,791" by
$35,000. The sum realized by this reduction shall be used for the appropriation made
by subsection (a) of this section.
