I the undersigned intend to sell, at Public Execution Sale, in the presence of two Councellors Commissaries and their Secretary, on Wednesday the 27th of July 1814, at the Court House of this colony, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon of that day. A Definitive Sentence of the Hon. Court of Civil Justice, of this colony, given in the cause entitled F. A. Rodenbroek, Plaintiff, versus, James Sinclair, dated 19th Nov. 1813, for a capital sum of £ 100. together with 25 per cent damage, protest, charges, and interest, as also with costs of suit Said Sentence being surrendered to me as his own and sole property.
