PANAMA CANAL TREATY
 ARTICLE VII
 FLAGS
 1. The entire territory of tile Republic of Panama, including the areas tile use of which tile Republic of Panama makes available to the United States of America pursuant to this Treaty and related agreements, shall be under the flag of the Republic of Panama, and consequently such flag always shall occupy the position of honor.
 2. The flagr of the United States of America may be displayed, togetiler with the flag of the Republic of Panama, at the headquarters of the Panama Canal Commission, at the site of the Combined Board, and as provided in the Agreement in Implementation of Article IV of this Treaty.
 3. Tile flagr of the United States of America also may be displayed at other places and on some occasions, as agreed by both Parties.

 No amendments to Article VII were proposed.
