(i) Paved yard area adjacent to Drydock No. 1 and to the buildings listed in subparagraph 2(b)(ii) of this Annex. (ii) Required water access for floating equipment and vessels from Canal operating area to Drydock No. 1 includes water depth sufficient to clear gate sill (-39.5 feet PLD) and sufficient lateral clearance between Docks 7 and 8 to permit safe entry.
