Mr. J. D. Eason was appointed General Foreman of Plantations,
effective February 18, 1917, vice Mr. J. H. Bryan, resigned. |
Mr. B. E. McKeever was appointed Manager of Branch Commissary |
at Balboa, effective January 1, 1917.
The above covers everything of importance in the development and
operation of the Commissary Division for the past fiscal year.
