In the previous year the percent- ages were 72.29 and 27.71, respectively. The through freight traffic was 30.60 per cent of the total tonnage handled, as against 32.86 per cent for the 12 months ending June 30, 1909. MISCELLANEOUS RAILROAD RECEIPTS. _ The total receipts of the several accounts grouped together under | this heading amounted to $891,487.74, an increase of $85,510.72, or 10.61 per cent, as compared with the 12 months ending June 30, 1909. The receipts for wharfage at Panama and Balboa and lighterage of cargo in Panama Bay, which are included in the above, show a decrease of $44,543.02. - :
