 The above companies, now operating ucnder the Code of Fair Comoeti-
tion for the Ladies Handbag InCUistry, 'hve submitted an application for
exem-otion from: (A) Article III-Hours--Sections 1 and ?: (3) to em-
ployr learners nurpuant to Arti.,le IV--..a -es--Section 3: (C) modification
of Article IV--Ta&-es--Sections 1, 2, 3, and6 4, (D) Article IV--Section 1
and 3, (E) Article III--Hours--Section 1, Article IV-T-7a.es--Sections 1
and 6 of said Code, respectively.

 The herein above 1,entioner Articles of the Code of Fair Competition
for the Ladies Handbr- Industry are as set forth in Schedule "A" attached
hereto and hereby made a part hereof,

will be conducted b- the Adr-inistrotor, be-inrin.1- at 10:00 A.'., i.Monday,
IHay 7, 19-3--, in Room 2062, Commerce Buildfin-, T7ahington, D.C., and con-
tinaing until completed. An opportunity to be heard eitherr in person
or by duly appointed representative either by esoeurance or by sending a
written or telegraphic statement) will be given to persons or grouos who
can show a substantial interest as uiorkers, employers, consumers or other-
wise, in the effect of this question.

 Those wishing to be heard must comply with the following simple re-
quirements:

 (1) A written or tele graphic request for an opportunit-, to be
heard must be filed before noon on Sratorda,-, Kayr 5, 1934, with the Ad-
ministrator, Room 4227, Department of Commerce Buildingj, 7ashiington, D. C.
 (2) Such request shall state the name of (a) any persons see-:in- to
testify in the hearing, and (b) the persons or groups '.horn he represents.
 (3) At the Public Hearings, all persons are regarded as witnesses,
