(Code Authority Budget and. -iusis of Contribution)
 IVHEREAS, the Code Authority for the Ladies' Hn-dbag Industry has
made application for approval of its 3-idget nnd Basis of Contribution
for the period from 1,arch 26, 19"5 to 'arch 25, 1936, and
 TfEREAS, the iNational IndCustrial Recovery Board, on liy 24, 1935,
approved Order 'To. 332-25, ao-roving the BLdget and Basis of Contribution
for the Ladies' Handbag Industrr and,
 WilfEAS, Order No. 332-25, copies of which are available upon re-
quest at the office of the National Recovery Adninistratirn, Room 3071,
Department of Corxverce Building, Washington, D.C., states in p0rt that
 "1(c) The following basis of contribution by members of the Industry,
 authori':ed by Article VI, Section 8 (f), of s-.id Code, p.s amended,
 for the period from March 25, 1335 to June 16, 1935; of f1I of the
 gross sales of e-ch member of the Industry, payable iiTionthly, based
 on his current Tionthly sales duringg the budgetary period, be and it
 is hereby approved;
 PROVIDED, HO.iEVER, that members of the Industry shall purchase
 labels to be used on articles manufactured and/or sold a.t the rate
 of two dollars and a half ($2.50) per thousand for the period from
 March 26, 1935 to June 16, 1935, and that the charges paid shall be
 considered as a deposit by members of the Industry to be credited at
 the end of each month during the budgetary period against contribu-
 tions due from said members of the Industry for said budgetary period,
 calculated on the basis of contribution set forth and approved in
 paragraph (c) hereof;
 "(d) The following basis of contribution by members of the
 Industry, authorized by Article VI, Section 8 (f), of saiO. Code, as
 amended, for the period: from Jurne" 17, 1935 to Varch 25, 1936; of
 1% of the gross sales of each member of the Industry, payable monthly,
 based on his current monthly sales during the budgetary period, be
 and it is hereby approved upon the condition that said Code is ex-
 tended by operation of law, or otherwise, to include said period,
 and upon the further condition that the Code Authority shall levy no
 assessments for the period after June 16, 1935, until the National
 Industrial Recovery Board, by its further order, shall remove this
 further condition of a-proval of said basis of contribution;
 PROVIDED, HO7EVER, that members of the Industry shall purchase
 labels to be used on articles manufactured and/or sold at the rate
 of twvo dollars and a half ($2.50) per thousand for the period from
 June 17, 1935 to Liarch 25, 1936, -nd that the charges paid shall be
 considered as a deposit by members of the Industry to be credited at !
 the end of each month during the budgetary period against contributions
 due from said members of the Industry for said budgetary period,
 calculated on the basis of contribution set forth and approved in
 paragraph (c) hereof;
