 The Codce Authority for the Lasies' Handbaj Industry has made
application to the National Industrial Recovery 3oard for approval of
its buC..et, for, and of the basis of contribution by members of the
Industry, t. the expense of administering the Code for the period front
Larch 26, l35 to Liarch 25, 1936.

 The total amount of said budget for the said period is $110,641.00.
The basis of contribution is as follo':s:

 One-four-th of one percent of the sales of the members of the
Industry.

 Said Bucg'et is set forth on the reverse side, riarked Schedule "A",
and hereby- rade a part hereof.

 Additional copies of said budget are available upon request at the
office o.f the I7ational Recovery Adninistration, Roon 4035, Department
of Co.-erce Building, 'Jashington, D. C., and at 347 Fifth Avenue,

 TOTICE TS =EREBY GIVE1T that any criticisms of, objections to, or
suCgestions concernin- said budget and said basis of contribution must
be sub, iitted to Deputy Administrator Walter Ian.gux.i, Roon 4035, Depart-
ment of CorL.erce Buildin-, UTashin-ton, D. C., prior to Friday,
April 5, 1935, and that the national Industrial Recovery Board may ap-
prove saiL. budget and basis of contribution in their present form and/or
in such for., substance, wording and/or scope as the,- may be revised on
the basis of criticisms, objections, or sug-:estions submitted and sup-
portiaiCg facts received pursuant to this notice, or other considerations
properly- before the nIational Industrial Recovery Board.

 An-, -e:-son submitting any such criticism, objection or suggestions
must state --is name, the persons or groups hon bhe represents, anidthe
facts su,--jo-,ting his objection, criticism, or suggestion. All matter
submitted ''-ll be given due consider-.tion and the National Industrial
Recovery' Board will act after consulting with such of its advisers as
it may dee.- appropriate.
