 trative Order X-36.
 The Ladies Handbng Industry, throu,,h the Code Authority, has sub-
mitted an appolication for modification of the Code of Fair Co.nretition
for such Industry by mendingr such Code Ps hereinnfter set forth and
as submitted in the application for .lodi'ication.

 The Code Authority has also .raCe application lfor tne ari.roval of
its Qevised "Budget end Bpsis of Contribo'tion by me.ibers of the Industry
to the expense of administering the Code for tne period from .-larch 26,
1934 to March 26, 1935, as revised pursuant to objections received by
the Administrator. The total amount of said nevised Badget is
$133, 540. .0. Tht itvised B3sis oi Contribution is one-tnird of one
percent of the dollar srles volume.

 The Code Authority has also .nacn.e aprlicr-tion for an Exception to
the Exemption cont-ined in Section III of A"iuiinistrative Orcer X-36,
dated :.,?'/ 26, 1934, r-'iich provides as follows:

 "Pending determinations by IV A with resotct to specific Codes
 upon cpuse shown by a Code Authority or ot.er'ise, every me'nber of
 a trad6. or industry is hereby exe,vted from rany7 obligation to
 contribute to the expenses of Fd'ninistration of any Code or Codes
 other than the Code for the trade or industry' v'hich embraces his
 principal line of business, provided that he shnll submit such
 information end cwnlv x;ith such reuflptions "ith respect to such
 exemption as Nh-A May require or prescribe."

are set forth in Schedules "A" and"9" attached hereto and -made p Dart
hereof. Additional copies of such modification and such Levised
