Approval of Itemized Budaget and Equitable Basis of Contribution for
Fiscal Year March 26, 1934 to March 26, 1935.

 An application having been duly made by the Code Authority of the
Ladies' Handbag Inc.ustry for approval of its budget for, and of the basis
of contribution by r-ierbers of the Industry to, the e-roenses of adminis-
tering the Code for the fiscal year ILarch 26, 1954 to liarch 26, 1935,
and opportunity to file objections being hereby afforc.ed all members of
the Industry, and such budget appearing to be reasonable and necessary
to support the authorized activities of the CoC-e Authority, and such
basis of contribution appearing to be equitable,

 EIO, THEjEFOrt, ursuL.ant to the authority vested in ie, it is hereby
ordered that, subject to a.ny pertinent rules and regulations issued by
the Administrator,

 (a) Said budget, the original of which, as app roved, is on file
with the National ?Lecovery Administration, be, and it is hereby approved.

 (b) The following basis of contribution by members of the Industry,
authorized by Article VI, Section 7(f) of such Code be one third (1/3)
of one percent (1J) of dollar sales volume, be, andCL it is hereby approved.

 This Order shall become effective fourteen (14) da-ys after the date
hereof unless good. ccuse to the contrary is shown and objections filed
with me by that tine and further orders are issued thereon by me.
