 ARTICLE XIII

 POWERS A!ID LIABILITIES OF CODE AUTHORITY

Section 1. Non-liability of Code Authority Members--iothing contained
in these By-laws shall constitute the members of the Code Authority
partners for any purpose. iNor shall any member of the Code Authority
be liable in any manner to anyone for any act of any other member,
officer, agent, or employee of the Code Authority. Nor shall any
member of the Code Authority, exercising reasonable diligence in the
conduct of his duties hereunder, be liable tc anyone for any action
or omission to act under these By-lawvs, or uider regulations adopted
pursuant to Article XII of those By-laws, except for his own wilful
misfeasance or nonfeasancec. Nothin^j heroin shall relieve any member
of the Code Authority from duties or responsibilities imposed upon
him by the Code.

 ARTICLE XIV

 E3FECTIVZ DAT] A:TD A1.;1IDl 1TS OF BY-LAWS

Section 1. Effective Dato--Thjse By-laws shall become effective
when approved by the Administrator.

Section 2. Amendments to By-Laws--- Aundments to these By-laws may
be adopted by a 2/3 (tvo thirds) vote of th3 Code Authority, and
shall become effective when anoroved by the A-ministrator.

 ARTICLE XV

 GZTEU"AL PROVISIOiS

Section 1. Subordination of Py-lav:s to Oodo and Act---lo provision
in these By-laws shall be so apDlied as to conflict with any provision
of the Act of of the Code.
