Procedure on Amendments and Modifications--All proposals for amendments to or modifications of the Code by members of the Industry, shall be submitted in the first instance to the Code Authority for its recommendation. The Code Authority shall immediately consider such proposals and sMhall recommend to the Administrator approval, modification, or disapproval thereof. Section 9. Identification of Code Authorit Regulations--All Code Authority Regulations and all : amncdments thereto, issued in accordanc* with Section 1 above, shall be clearly described as "Ragulations of the Code Authority of the Ladies' Handbag Industry", and shall be identified in such manner that every general subject shall be designated by article number, and every s-oecific provision of each article be section member.
