Section 7. All records and .nirnates of the Code Authority shall
at all times be at the d.is-os.l of th-. A,-dministrator. The Indus-
trial, Labor and Conuumers Advisory Doerds of the .IA shs.all uon
approval of the Amninistrator, lia.ve access to such records, and
shall have the rioht, i_,)o:n reasonable notice, to appear before the
Code Authority, in session or to submit to it, any criticisms,
complaints or questions; and in u-rsuance thereof, may a;};eal
to the Administrator.

Section 9. The Code Authority shall have the power to remove from
office any member or me.bcrs of any subordinate agency created by
the Code Authority if suc.i member or. members were appointed to it.
It shall also have the owoer to modify th3 functions of, or to
terminate the use of, any such agency if in its judgment such action
is necessary for th- proper administration of the Code.
