 a) Upon recei-'t of a complaint. referred to it by Divisional,
Suudivisio.mil, or Recional Complaintis ConiiKit-ees, the 7Tational Labor
Comrilaints Committee &-.Tl so notify the conlMin&,nt and respondent.
The respondent shall be advised after a- ro rate examination of the
conrl1int that unless he has additional facts to submit or unless he
cesi-es a re-het.rin. the case will be referred to the iTational Recovery
Adinidistr' tion with a roouest for lejal action.

 b) If the res-onden.t re-lies that ->ro -e. adjustment has been
made the case shall be referred bac: to the Covoki-nts Coicuttes whore
it originated. If res)ondenrt sa5b.Lits further facts, or requests, a

Executive Secretary of the nationall ComrTlaincs Co-kinittee. If after the
