Section 6: Ii:FOLATIO?' FOR ALL-CrD VIOLATORS

 The Ladies' Handbag Irnductr, Code Authority shall prepare immediately
a statement entitled "Inforrmation for -;ersons cw'rged vith violation
of an iMA Code". This statement shall set forth clearly the rules of
procedure in respect to alleged code violations, anc. indicate that the
alleged violator is entitled to hearing and to apoeal from any findings
made by a Complaints Committee. The statement must also indicate the
process by which a case of code violation rec.ched the National Recovery
Administration and the various courses of action which mayr be taken
thereon byr the Administration.

 a) Immediatel.yr union their receiot by. Divisional, Sub-divisional
or Regional Conm-olaints Comnmittees, complaints w-ill be examined by the
stpf2 t',ereof, and when such preliminary examination indicates that the
facts ;illegpd, if true may constitute a violation of the Code, the
com.)laint shall be filed. and given a complaint number. Acknowledgment of
the complaint, an advice concerning the complaint number shall be sent
immediately to the complainant. In the event that the complaint does not
state sufficient facts to coastiti.te a violation, or that additional
facts are necessary for determination v'hether the Code has been violated,
complainant shall be required to filrnish a-.ditional information.

reasons therefore.

have been secured from comnlainant, it shall be assigned to a staff
member for inquiry and investigation. The first step in such inauiry
and investigation is the :.re ,)ration of a brief st.tenent of the alleg-
ed facts for trance mission to the rer.'oncent, advising him of the
Article of the Code allcd7ed to be violated, and m:d.:ing request for
prompt advice as to whether a.ll or Enr. of the fact-. alleged are true,
and a further str.tenent of the position of the respondent. Respon-
dent shall also be furnished ,ith a copy of the Code 7,.nd of "Information
for Persons chierged with Violation of the Ladies' Hrndba.; Industr-, Code".
