Since this exception was granted to the Virginia Art Goods Sti.dios, the Code Authority has requested a number of times to havo it termina- ted. The Code Authority has been greatly embarrassed by 1-,avin the Virginia Art Goods Studios and the Pat Baj, Inc., of P.ichrnoni, Va. the only members of the industry -r'ntcd an exception to the code wages, since numerous requests from other members of the industry for the same exception, to the code have been refuscd in every case. Other members of the industry vwhen found violating the wage provision of the code, have attempted to justify their right to do so by referring to the c::coetion ZreAited the Virgii-ii. Art Goods Studios. The continuation of this stay is rcgr2'cd by the remain- der of the industry as being discriminatory. The Code Authority herewith requests that this inc'--iality in the industry shall be terminated at once by the A',M i-.istrator, and that if necessary, a hearing be held immediately for that purpos-e.
