 We do not approve of the -oro-osed order granting the Virginia
Art Studios, Inc., Lynchburg, Virginia,. an exception from the pro-
visions of Article IV, Section 1, of the Code of Fair Conmetition
for the LADIES' HAikDlAG IIDUSTRY. The minimum rate in the code is
35t per hour, or $14.00 per week. The 9roposod order would permit
300, or a $2.00 per week, diffcr.-ntial. This is out of line with
the differential "ormitted in industries which employ similar type
of labor, practically all of which include a $1.00 differential.
