 I am very anxious that that Code Authority send me at
the earliest possible moment the definition they -ro-ose for
the semi-skiilled workers.

 I have just suggested to the Director of the Lien's Garter,
Suspender and Belt Code Authority that he confer with you con-
cerning impending labor difficulties of certain of his members.
He came to me for advice and I ha-pened to thin: that here was a
