 It will, in my judgment, be for the best interests of all con-
cerned to have a Code Authority set-up based upon the braad price
ranges, because their problems, at lest in so far as distribution
is concerned, are somnehat different* I attach herewith the com-
*lete detailed set-up that we vill have if your a proval is given
to these tl ree recorL-ended names and to the matter of an amendment
to tPke ca:e of the additional group. As you look at it, you will
see that every price range is adequately taken care of and that
geograihicvl areas are properly represented.
