alive to some of the follies cor:mitted by manufacturers and by retail
merchants and are quick to express a poreciation of '-hat manufacturer
or retailer may be doing that is helpful or constructive all of
which tends toward strengthening of good feeling, understanding and
appreciation of the Code Authorit' s work. I. n told the big manu-
factureri, who bitterly foughtthe change in the discount structure,
because of their fear of friction between themselves ond important
retail merchants, now find the net discount is acce-jtable and ceased
grumbling all of which spell considerable sums of money in the
coffers of the manufacturers.
