Uimer the powers vested in the AeLdinistrator by Executive Order of October 14, 133K, and under grant of the necessary authority by him, the Co-le Authority shall have the e:clu.sive right in this industry to issue anC sell said labels to the inembers thereof. 3. Each label shall bear a registration number especially as- signed to each nienber of the industr- by the Code Authority, and shall remain attached to all such merchao.ise Then sold to the retail distri- butor. 4. Any and all members of the industry, may, apply to the Code Auth- ority for a permit to purchase and use such iITA label, which )erniit to use the 'abel shall be granted to them, but only if and so long as they comply with this Code. 5. Subject to the approval of the Administrator, the Code Author- ity shall establish rules and re.;l*ations and appropriate machinery for the issuance and sale of labels and the inspection, examination and supervision of' the practices of rieni'bcrs of the industry using such la- bels for the purposes of ascertaining the right of such members of the industry to the continued use of said labels; of protecting purchasers in relying on said labels; and of insuring to each individual member of the industry that the symbolism of said label uill be -uaintained by virtue of compliance with the provisions of this Code by all other mem- bers of the industry using said label. 6. The chprje made for such labels by the Code Authority shall at all tines be subject to supervision and orders of the Ae-inistrator.
