".embers of the Industry shall be entitled to participate in and share t'ie benefits of the activities of the Code Authority and to participate in the selection of the members thereof by assenting to and comp!yin '-ith the requirements of this Code and sustaining their reason- able share of the e::penses of its administration. Such reasonable share of the ex-enses of administration shall be determined by the Code Auth- ority subject to review by the Administrator on the basis of volume of business and/or such other factors as nay be deer.ed equitable. 7. *** (a) To insure the execution of the provisions of this Code and provide for the compliance of the Industry iTith the provisions of the Act anc'- in particular, but without limitation, to receive complaints of violations of this Code, :.ih:c investigations thereof, provide hearings thereon and. adjust such complaints and. bring to the attention of the proper authorities for prosecution, recon_. aJ'Itions anid information rela- tive to unadjusted violations. (b) To c.do;t a constitution, by-laws, and rules and regula- tions for its procedure and for the administration and enforcement of this Code, and to submit the raie to the Administrator for his approval, together 7ith true copies of any anendrients or additions rhen nade there- to, minutes of meetings when held, and such other information as to its activities a.s the Administrator nay deem necessary to effectuate the purposes of the Act. (c) To obtain front members of the industry such information and reports as are required for the administration of the Code and to provide for submission by members of such information and reports as the Administrator may deem necessary for the purposes recited in Section 3(a) of the Act, uhich information and reports shall be submitted by members of such a(Tinistr-ative and/or government agencies as the Administrator may designate; provided that nothing in this Code shall relieve any member of the industry of any existing obligr.tions to furnish reports to any government agency. fo individual reports shall be disclosed to any other member of the industry or any other party except to such govern- mental agencies as may be directed by the A..iinistrator.
