No member of the industry sh-ll use advertising or other re"re- sentation which refers in!-ccurately in any material articularr to any corm-otitors or their commodities, prices, values, credit terms, policies or services. 7. Uo member of the industry shall publish or circularize un- justified or unwarranted threats of legal ?roceedins which tend to harass or have the effect of harassing, competitors or intimidating their customers. 8. ITo member of the industry shall secretly offer to make any payment or allowance of a rebate, refund, commission, credit, unearned discount or excess ellov;wnce, whether in the form of money or other- wise, for the purpose of Influencing a sale, nor shall a member secretly extend to any customer any special service or privilege not extended to all customers of the same class. 9. 1o member of the industry shall ship commodities on con- signment or memorandum. 10. No member of the industry shall give, permit to be given, or offer to Cive, anything of value for the puroqse of influencing or re- warding the action of any employee or r-gent of another in relation to the business of the erpoloyer of such employee or the principal or such agent without the knowledge of such enmoloyer or principal. 11. No member of the industry shall attempt to induce the breach of an existing contract between a competitor and his enroloyee or customer or source of saup-ly; nor shall any member of the industry interfere with or obstruct the performance of such contractual duties or services. 12. The maximum credit terms of sale for this industry shall bo 3/10 E.O.M.; anticipation to be allowed at the rate of six per cent (613) por annum. 13. No member of the industry shall pay directly or indirectly any part nf the advertising expenses of any purchaser, prospective purchaser or their agents. 14. No member of the industry shall accept the return of any mer- chandise shipped to a purchaser, nor allow credit therefore, nor exchange merchandise where the merchandise has been shipped in accordance with specifications and within the specified time and shere the merchandise has been in the Oossession, actual, or constructive or the purchaser for more than five days. 15. No member of the industry shall sell merchandise below his own individual cost as computed by the uniform cost system provided in Article VI, Section 6 (k) of this Code, except that a member of the industry may meet the price competition of another member of the industry whose cost, as cornputed by said uniform cost system, may be lower and except that this provision shall not a-pply to the sale of distressed merchandise., 9811
