XIV ,- REGISTRATIONT

 In order to -orotect originality of design, materials or processes,
a Registration B ireau is hereby established.'

 Any.y original article,. design, materiall or process may be regis-
tered by any person in the industry or b,-' any person who sells his
product to the industry, and when so du.ly registered with the Registra-
tion Bureau, it shall.be protected a,-inst coqpvirg for a period of three

XV TRADE PRACTICES

 (a) The making of any secret oayvments or the making of any al-
lowance of rebates, refunds, cOmissions, 'or unearned discounts, whether
in the form of monev or otherwise, or the secret extension to certain
purchasers of special services or'orivilezes hot extended to all pnr-
chasers, under like terms and conditions, with the'intent and with the
effect of injuring a competitor and where the effect may be to substan-
tially lessen competition or tend to create a mrno-olv or to unreason-
ably restrain trade, is an unfair method of competition.
