 1. Investigation of Records

 Subsection C., section, 7, Article VI of the code stated "To obtain

 2. Collection of Statis.ic-.; 'T._:,nfidential Agency

 No -outside agency for collection of this material wAs used, the
Code Authority rp'.ferring the emDlo.yvnent of their o',n office staff.
Such material was kept as confidential and there were no complaints
as to leaks. While no definite revisionn for investigation of records
was made in the :de, the Code Directors and their subordinates did,
when they had reason to douot correctness of figures suonlied, examine
books and so far as I know without question of right being raised.

 3. Li..uidn ted Damages

 There was not contained in this Code a clause providing for
Liquidated rarnries.

 4. Other

 The other Administrative provisions: Compliance machinery set up,
writing of constitution and by-laws, coordination of this with other
industries, orcviing of a budget and collection of assessments, the
setting up of Fpie. TraJd., Pracice aid ?]a;.ning Ace.icy, the recommendati1
of Uniform Cost System and thie stu-!- of style piacy are treated else-
