General Preliminary Discussion Reading the foregoing chapters it was obviously difficult to launch the new governing body, indeed it seemd for a time doubtful if an organization meeting could be held. However, the first official meeting was held, April 3rd, 1934. (See couy of telegram dated April 7, 1934, Exhibit N) Ferusel of the minutes of that meeting (General Files) indicate that tro prior meetings were held 1Iarch 23rd and larch 29th, 1934.
