Report: Man soils merchandise at local store

Sheriff's report.

report shows. The store
manager told author-
ities 35 rugs worth a
total of $363.15 now
were unsellable.
 Kiner was asked to
pay for them. He said
he could not.
 Deputies found
Kiner who "appeared
intoxicated," according
to the report in the
toy department. He was
arrested and charged
with committing more
than $200 worth of
criminal mischief- a
first-degree misdemean-
or. He also was issued a
trespass warning to stay
away from the store.
 Kiner remained at the

Friday on $2,000 bond.
