Honor, can- didate for a PhD degree in Jewish education at Dropsie College, to direct the temple school for 1966- 67. Honor comes to Temple Judea with 14 years of experience, hav- ing served in three congregations , during that time. He is a member of the Nation- al Council of Jewish Education, a society of professionally qual- ified Jewish educators, and a former president of the Jewish Educators Council of Greater Miami. He is currently engaged in writ- ing his doctoral dissertation after further graduate studies at North western University and the Uni- versity of Miami. In addition. Honor devoted a year in Israel for special studies His articles and book reviews have often appeared in professional journals.
