Sall> fMrs. Sanford Rothnian was born in Duquesne.
Pa. She was a mischievous little girl, but took her duties
a> the big sister of the family seriously: in fact, according
to her family, she still is the ideal big sister. The family
moved to Akron. O. where Sally became a career woman.
She was a buyer for a large dress shop, which included
traveling, first to New York then California, always dressed
in the height of fashion Indeed, she was called a fashion
plate.
Now. Sally wears -pink uniforms all of the time, but
that is getting ahead of my story.
Fifteen years aso. she and Sandy
moved to Miami Beach. They have
a family here and also thou.ht

no time for extra hobbies, except a relaxing swim in the
pool ever} day when she comes home from the hospital.
Dver the weekend, she is ;< model housewife, washing, iron-
ing, cooking and baking. Just to look at Sally Rothman
is to know she typifies the poem: "However you live, it
will show in your face. Not what you can get. but what
you can give.'"

member of the Hurricanette Corps.
For the past two years, she has
been a teacher at Santa Clara
Elementary School in Miami.
Mr Abrams is a graduate of
New York University, and is gen-
eral manager of the J N B Ac-
ceptance Corp of No. Miami
Beach.
