5n7 Agglutination reactions, autopsies, staining of sections from autopsies and operating room, and preparation of a polychrome methylenblue stain were completed. A satisfactory method of permanently staining leprae bacilli in tissues has been developed. Previously it was impossible to make * permanent mounts with the methods and reagents mentioned in the literature. Determinations in progress may be mentioned: Analysis of wire screening, malted milk, sodium salicylate, banana food products, opium quinine tonic, ammonia error in urea, investigation of terminal infections and irregular fevers.
