Doctor Osterhaut has been reappointed Quarantine Officer for this port by the Marine-Hospital Service for this year. The service was inaugurated on April 1, 1907. There will be no. fumigation of. boats, and passengers will be carried provided they remain under observation for five days prior to date of sailing.
