Responses from the interviews indicated that information on the history of Farm Bureau and knowledge of the AFBF and the FFBF is important for county board members to have, respondents felt that board members possessed some knowledge on both organizations, but felt that it is important for all board members to have this information. Several of those individuals interviewed indicated that there is no job description for county board members so board members do not know what knowledge, such as Farm Bureau's organizational structure, is necessary to do their job.
